Advisory
Not every challenge requires a large consulting engagement. Sometimes a leader or team needs someone experienced to step back, look at the situation objectively, ask the right questions, and help determine what needs to happen next.
I provide advisory support to leaders and teams working through complex organizational questions, projects, and decisions. My role is to bring structure to the problem, surface what may be getting in the way, and help translate analysis into practical next steps.
Advisory support includes:
Program & Organizational Review
Taking a closer look at a program, process, initiative, or organizational challenge to identify strengths, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Decision Support
Bringing together information and perspectives to clarify options, identify implications, and develop recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Implementation Planning
Working through what needs to happen after a decision has been made — including people, processes, communication, timelines, dependencies, risks, and potential barriers.
Process Improvement
Examining how work currently happens and identifying practical opportunities to make processes clearer, more efficient, and easier to sustain.
Program Quality & Review
Supporting organizations with internal and external reviews, quality assurance processes, accreditation, program evaluation, evidence gathering, and improvement planning.
Change & Adoption
Helping teams think through the human side of implementation — communication, engagement, training, readiness, and adoption.
Facilitation
I facilitate workshops, consultations, working sessions, and professional development programs where groups need to explore an issue, develop shared understanding, make decisions, or move a piece of work forward.
My facilitation style is structured, thoughtful, and practical. I prepare carefully, create space for different perspectives, keep the conversation focused, and make sure there is a clear connection between discussion and what happens next.
Facilitation experience includes:
Strategic and organizational conversations
Working sessions, consultations, planning discussions, and cross-functional initiatives.
Professional development
Workshops for faculty, staff, graduate students, teaching assistants, and academic professionals.
Intercultural communication and inclusion
Sessions addressing intercultural relationships, inclusive teaching, culturally diverse learning environments, and workplace inclusion.
Teaching, learning and assessment
Workshops focused on assessment, feedback, online learning, accessibility, curriculum, and teaching practice.
Change and implementation
Facilitating conversations that help people understand new approaches, work through concerns, and identify practical next steps.
